Processing on your device
When you scan a document with Phone Scan, the camera feed and the captured image are handled entirely in your browser. Perspective correction, cropping, and contrast enhancement run locally on your phone or computer. We do not receive, store, or transmit your document images.
No account required
You can use the service without signing up or logging in. We do not collect personal data for authentication. If the site uses analytics to understand usage (e.g. page views), that is limited to anonymous, aggregated data and does not include your document content.
We may collect basic usage statistics (e.g. actions such as capture, share, or download) to understand how the service is used. This data is anonymous and does not include your documents or any identifying information.
What we don't store
- Document images or scans
- Camera feed or video
- Your identity or account information (no account)
- Any content you capture, share, or download through the site
